Vodacom Lesotho

Karaoke Night
As the sun set on Vodacom Park on 17 November last year, our Lesotho headquarters came alive with the sound of music. Karaoke Night brought employees together for an evening of fun and performances, from pop classics to rock anthems. It was a celebration of connections and camaraderie, where the quality of the performance mattered less than the pure joy it brought, making it a night to remember for both the audience and the performers.

Thank You Day
In the spirit of St Valentine, we celebrated each other through Thank You Day on 14 February, encouraging employees to use a digital platform to express their gratitude to those who embody the Spirit of Vodacom. The initiative filled the virtual bulletin boards with heartfelt messages of appreciation. From small gestures of support to monumental achievements, employees acknowledged the contributions of their colleagues, recognising the impact they’ve had on the Vodacom family.

Building team spirit with TGIF
Vodacom Lesotho’s TGIF initiatives have turned Fridays into a celebration of team spirit and achievements. Aligning with events like the Corporate Challenge, these gatherings on the office balcony were not just about unwinding but also about reinforcing employees’ support for each other, celebrating their successes and fostering a sense of community.
