Welcome to the first edition of One Spirit, our new quarterly digital magazine – an exciting project designed to unite and inspire the Vodacom, Vodafone and Safaricom family.
One Spirit aims to connect Vodacom for a better shared future by providing authentic, inclusive, inspiring content. We want Vodacommers from all our markets to feel connected and empowered to grow and get it done, together as One Vodacom.
This is more than just a collection of articles from all eight of our markets; it’s a platform to share narratives that bridge the gap between employees across Vodacom Group, fostering unity and a shared purpose. In each issue of One Spirit, you will find stories about the grassroots teams and individuals at the heart of the business; stories that celebrate our diversity and unique African experience; and stories that recognise our talented, agile, courageous people who embody the Spirit of Vodacom.
We’re committed to showcasing how you, our people, live our beliefs – in trust, drive, curiosity and belonging – and exemplify our core behaviours: to earn customer loyalty; create the future; experiment, learn fast; and get it done together.
Through this, we hope to encourage a sense of accomplishment and pride in our collective progress.
