We celebrated Africa Day on 25 May with a mouth-watering tribute to our continent’s diversity and creativity.

Our Tastes of Africa cookbook is a collection of 15 recipes submitted by our colleagues in Egypt, Lesotho, Mozambique, Kenya, South Africa and Tanzania. From ful medames (fava bean stew), a traditional Egyptian dish served with bread, pickled carrots and hard-boiled eggs, to creamy butter chicken, a South African favourite, the dishes offer a glimpse into the lives of the people at the heart of our business.
